The following list of boats is what YachtEZ has currently available for our managed charter inventory of boats for owner captained boats; and even in cases with client qualification and certification, bare boat day charters are available on some boats as listed on our CHARTER BOATS AVAILABLE page.  

 

Be advised, proper documented licensing and experience are necessary components for any bare boat charter consideration.  Owner of vessel and YachtEZ Management has full discretion to grant access or not for any Bare-Boat Charter.

 

Each boat has varying degree’s of cost and availability, we are in full control of each of our listings, but each are available only for pick-up and return to their home ports.  Our captains will deliver to a convenient location for client pick-up, but reservations must be made in advance and company policy is to keep a local profile of a 25-mile distance to agreed pick-up location, unless other arrangements are made and agreed to by owner, company, and client alike in total.

 

Our charter inventory ranges from small center console and cuddy cabin models, to yachts and even megayacht vessels available for short or longer duration charter packages.  Larger vessels usually come with a one-week minimum charter booking and are always with captain and crew available within the territorial and coastal waterways of the USA, or country of home port where vessel is flagged and registered for use.  Locations of vessels are offered with each vessel description and costs per charter per week.

Please fill  in the contact information and vessel request in the form below and we will send you by download out YachtEZ Charter Agreement for your signature.  Inspection of vessels prior to charter is responsibility of chartering party and at their own cost for any hauling or visual inspection.

Please call our office to discuss any needs you may require from said inspection, personnel bio, vessel description, or catering needs.  All catering done by our in-house restaurant ANTHON’YS COAL FIRED PIZZA is done by a fixed delivered rate of $25.00 per person, children under 12 is no charge, no alcoholic beverages included.  All on board alcoholic beverages are by independent outside provider by client independent order with full responsibility and payment that of chartering party or solely supplied by client at point of departure as BYOB.  YachtEZ has no responsibility or liability due to alcohol consumption or alcoholic beverages being on board during charter, and all circumstances are at chartering client sole responsibility and liability.  At signature for charter, the chartering party and all passengers have full knowledge of this provision of charter responsibility and agrees to hold YachtEZ, our owners, or any of our operatives, harmless to any degree of responsibility.  Any charter client will agree to hold YachtEZ harmless to any liability as a result of passenger or chartering party activity or injury circumstance while on board vessel or at any stopping, docking, or mooring of vessel during charter contract.

Vessels 51′- AND ABOVE:

For larger vessels 51′ and beyond with salaried crews, all boats are under the insurance of their owner’s, and full compliance for any charter guest is part of our charter agreement.  Full control of any vessel in this category is responsibility of the owner’s crew, and all local and federal  USA law Federal and State from home port and Maritime Law for international waters are in full effect and all guests are subject to crew control and direction under those laws.
