2002 SUNSEEKER 74 MANHATTEN

$759,000.00

The SUNSEEKER shipyard in Pool, UK, is tried and proven beyond reproach, and has for the span of their illustrious manufacturing, put the most volume, usable comfortable space into the confines of their excellent and very fuel efficient performance hull designs.

This 2002 SUNSEEKER 74 Manhattan’s main deck layout is unique and very comfortable for a vessel of her size offering an entrance salon of gigantic proportion for owner and guest lounging.  Her interior decorum at first entry conveys sheer comfort on two long and very comfortable overstuffed settee’s after a day cruising on the waters of the exotic locales she will explore.  Her interior accommodates very comfortably (8) owner and guests in (4) spacious staterooms, (3) heads, plus crew quarters.  She is a luxury family cruising vessel with fuel capability for long range excursions to islands and exotic ports of call the world over.

The galley as well is large enough to be on land let alone on the high seas, with double stainless steel sinks, large micro-convection oven, headroom to laugh about her being so roomy, making her 74′ like that of a larger yacht.  The SUNSEEKER Yacht Series was a development of this shipyard that moved this yard to a whole other degree of excellence.

Her exterior flybridge is equally spacious and has all of the user comfort levels of a much larger ship and is a level that owner and guests can lose themselves with the open waters surrounding them or the luxury of being at dock in the open air.  All soft goods and covers [see in photo gallery] for flooring, seating interior and exterior including Bimini Top was replaced in 2011.

The fly has a primary running station that makes the dual level luxurious design very personable so that owner and guests can cruise and socialize at the same time.  The design of this SUNSEEKER 74 reflects the luxury of the concept of time and comfort at sea and the exotic ports of call she will visit.  There is room to spare and the staterooms are large with ample portal sunlit for that open feeling even inside.

With her ultimate owner privacy with private stairway to the Master Stateroom below the main deck offers the owner a world away, on his world away vessel.  The private stairway to the Master Suite is a Euro touch that says just how her plush interior decorum is made for the master of this yacht and only for him or her.

This 2002 SUNSEEKER 74 Manhatten is a USA spec vessel but can be altered for world use for shore power current, a specialty of YachtEZ.  Regardless of the waters where she enters, her pedigree is without question.  Built by an experienced world class builder that understands luxury and an owner’s comfort level to use and entertain with his yacht for the best of the best in a 74′ palace on the water so to speak.
Priced at the new sale price of $795,995, she is a lot of boat for the money and there is not another at this price point on the open market.  Seeing is believing, so please call our main office for an appointment to see this gem.  As noted, she is a lot of boat for the money.  Service records are available and owner has purchased a regal estate that is land-locked, so the boat is going to a lucky buyer who will benefit from this owner’s decision to move to a new house, sell his boat to simplify, and move on.  Don’t wait for him to change his mind, now that would be a mistake.
