Our shipyard is established in Tuzla Shipyards (Istanbul, Turkey) area, in a 30,000-sqf open area, and closed area of 22,850-sqf. A fiber casting area, paint shop, carpentry shop, and mechanical rooms, are separated from each other as closed individual chambers. Just like on a boat, each enclosed area is sealed as an independent area closed off so no air leakage, dust, dirt, and/or water intrusion, can impose any harm or deterrent to these handmade masterpieces using the best of materials of natural hardwoods, stone, fiberglass, copper and steel wiring, utilizing stainless steel, and aluminum into their ultimately balanced construction of old-world handcraftsmanship.
The assembly of our boats is carried out on the largest area in an area of 22,850sqf,. Packaging and shipments are completed in a separate facility in the open area. In the open area,52’ by 22’ pool tests will be performed in the area construction will be started.
WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS & TECHNICAL DESIGN
Our warehouse and logistics areas are also established outside the facility in a safe and protected manner. Our technical and design office is located inside the factory, while our welcoming customers and sales office is located outside the shipyard in the surrounding square blocks area dating back to the Roman Empire. Handcraftsmanship and carpentry taught from generation to generation, passed down from artisan to apprentice, from father to son, in an historical area where Roman and Byzantine Empires naval galleons were handmade for the exploration commerce and defense of the empires.
